About Pinpoint
Pinpoint drops you into a real 360° street panorama somewhere on the planet. Drag to look around, zoom in on road signs, and read every clue: which side people drive on, the lane lines, the plants, the light, the shape of the hills. When you think you know, pin your guess on the globe.
Every round starts with a little-planet view that unrolls into street level, and every reveal flies you along the great-circle route from your guess to the real spot, with the place name, the distance and your score. The closer you are, the more points: up to 5,000 per round and 25,000 per game.
There is a new Daily Challenge every day with the same five places for everyone, so you can compare scores with friends and keep a streak. Classic mode gives you random places without a timer, and Blitz gives you 45 seconds per round.
All panoramas come from Panoramax, an open street-imagery commons, and are credited to their photographers. That is why Pinpoint can stay completely free, with no subscription and no daily limit.

How to play
- Pick the Daily Challenge, Classic or Blitz. You land somewhere on Earth.
- Drag to look around and scroll or pinch to zoom. Click the compass to face north.
- Hover over the globe (or tap "Guess on the map" on a phone) and click to drop your pin.
- Press Guess here or Space. The closer your pin, the more points, up to 5,000.
- Play five rounds, then share your result.
