Blue Kite Games ("we") runs bluekitegames.com, a website of free browser games. This policy explains what data the site uses and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we do not collect

You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the site.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress, settings, your list of saved games and your recently played games are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages and games they open and how long they play. Google processes this data on our behalf. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Hosting and security

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

Advertising

The site does not show ads today. If we add ads in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before any advertising cookies are used.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices and rights

You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete data about you. Because we do not hold personal accounts, most data lives only on your device, but you can contact us at hello@bluekitegames.com with any request.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
